Job Description
**Position:** Sales Executive
**Location:** Indore
**Job Role or Responsibilities:**
– Direct sales of Demat accounts and margin collection for equity, commodity, and currency.
– Revenue generation through brokerage.
– Managing and motivating a team to achieve targets (for experienced candidates).
– Researching, investigating, and updating clients on available investment opportunities and financial market trends.
– Efficiently resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely manner.
– Handling and managing HNI clients.
– Cross-selling training products.
**Required Qualifications:**
– Any Graduation/Postgraduate degree.
– Prior experience in a similar field (Broking, Investment Advisory) is an added advantage.
– Office-based work only.
**Required skill set:**
– In-depth knowledge of the stock market industry.
– Target-oriented with strong marketing skills.
– Eagerness to learn new skills and adapt to dynamic situations.
– Good communication skills.
