The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and expanding our market presence in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry.

**Responsibilities:**

– Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
– Identify and pursue new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships to expand our customer base.
– Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders.
– Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
– Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to inform decision-making and strategy.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to sales.

**Qualifications:**

– Proven track record in FMCG sales, with specific experience in the spices sector.

**Requirements:**
