Job Description:
Subham Safety Solutions is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team in Visakhapatnam. The ideal candidate will possess 1 to 2 years of relevant experience and a strong background in marketing, with particular expertise in industrial visits, market research, presentations, surveys, account relationship management, and lead preparation. Knowledge of industrial safety products, fire safety equipment, hardware products, health & medical items, etc., is essential for this role.

Responsibilities:
– Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our products and services.
– Conduct industrial visits to gain insights into market needs and trends.
– Perform market research to identify potential customers and evaluate competitors.
– Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to showcase our offerings.
– Conduct surveys to gather feedback and improve our marketing initiatives.
– Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
– Generate leads and manage the lead qualification process.
– Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with business objectives.
– Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaign effectiveness.
– Demonstrate excellent communication skills and attention to detail in all marketing activities.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
– 1 to 2 years of proven experience in marketing, preferably in the industrial sector.
– Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices.
– Proficiency in market research and analysis techniques.
– Excellent presentation and communication skills.
– Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and stakeholders.
– Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
