**Job Description:**
Yash Traders is seeking an experienced Accountant/Biller who is proficient in using Busy software and adept at maintaining the billing processes of the firm. As an integral member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the financial transactions and ensuring accurate billing procedures.

**Responsibilities:**
– Utilize Busy software to manage accounting and billing tasks efficiently.
– Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
– Prepare and send invoices to customers promptly and accurately.
– Follow up on outstanding payments and resolve billing discrepancies.
– Reconcile accounts receivable and accounts payable on a regular basis.
– Generate financial reports and summaries as required.
– Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth financial operations.
– Stay updated on accounting regulations and best practices.

**Requirements:**
– Proven experience as an Accountant/Biller, preferably in a retail or trading environment.
– Proficiency in using Busy software for accounting and billing purposes is essential.
– Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
– Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
– Good communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred.
