**Job Description:**

Canny Clothings is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling a range of accounting tasks including but not limited to accounting entries, preparation of balance sheets, P & L statements, TDS & GST returns, payment follow-ups, bookkeeping, job reports, printing stickers, and managing office-related administrative work.

**Responsibilities:**

– Manage accounting entries accurately and efficiently.
– Prepare balance sheets and profit and loss statements.
– Handle TDS & GST returns and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
– Follow up on payments and maintain timely records.
– Conduct thorough bookkeeping activities.
– Generate job reports as required.
– Coordinate printing tasks for stickers and other materials.
– Manage the receiving and sending of LR to parties.
– Assist with various office-related administrative tasks as needed.

**Requirements:**

– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
– Proven experience in accounting or a similar role.
– Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
– Proficiency in Tally or other accounting software.
– Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
– Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
