### **Job Description:**

Sunny Elastomers is seeking an **Office Accountant** to manage billing, email dispatch, and party follow-ups for our growing rubber manufacturing business. This role involves maintaining financial records, handling invoices, coordinating with clients, and ensuring smooth office operations related to accounting tasks.

**Key Responsibilities:**
– Prepare and manage billing and invoicing for clients.
– Dispatch emails and invoices to clients and vendors.
– Follow up with parties to ensure payments are received on time.
– Maintain accurate financial records and assist with bookkeeping.
– Coordinate with the production and sales teams for billing and payment queries.
– Ensure timely submission of financial reports to management.
– Assist with any other office-related accounting tasks as needed.

**Requirements:**
– **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
– **Experience:** Minimum 1 year of experience in office accounting or similar roles.
– **Skills:**
– Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (Excel).
– Good communication skills, especially in email correspondence.
– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
– Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
