Job Description

Job Title: Customer Service Executive / Tele Caller
Location: Hyderabad, India
Department: Customer Support
Reports to: Customer Service Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Inbound & Outbound Calls:

Handle incoming customer calls regarding service inquiries, bookings, and complaints.
Make outbound calls to follow up with customers regarding their service requests, feedback, and promotional offers.
Customer Support & Issue Resolution:

Respond to customer queries related to services such as Cleaning, Plumbing, Electrical, and other home services.
Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and escalate to the relevant department if necessary.
Coordinate with field supervisors and technicians to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
Booking & Scheduling Services:

Assist customers in booking services through the DODO BOOKER app, website, or phone.
Schedule appointments, confirm bookings, and communicate with customers about service availability and pricing.
Database Management & Documentation:

Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system, ensuring accurate data entry.
Prepare daily and weekly reports on call performance, customer feedback, and follow-ups.
Upselling & Cross-selling Services:

Inform customers about ongoing promotions, discounts, and new services offered by DODO BOOKER.
Identify opportunities to upsell additional services based on customer needs.
Follow-up & Customer Satisfaction:

Conduct post-service follow-up calls to gather feedback and ensure customer satisfaction.
Collect customer testimonials and suggestions for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in customer service, telecalling, or call center roles, preferably in the home services industry.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Skills:
Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu (or other regional languages).
Strong customer service orientation with a focus on empathy and problem-solving.
Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask effectively.
Personality Traits:
Positive attitude, patience, and willingness to learn.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
