Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and executing social media content across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
Create captions, reels ideas, stories, and basic creatives (with guidance)
Manage content calendars and posting schedules
Track engagement, reach, and performance metrics
Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activity
Assist with influencer collaborations and reposts
Respond to basic comments and DMs in line with brand tone
Support campaign launches, promotions, and events
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field
Strong understanding of Instagram and emerging social media trends
Good writing skills with an eye for tone and aesthetics
Basic knowledge of Canva or similar tools is a plus
Organized, creative, and detail-oriented
Passion for social media, branding, and content
