• Interpersonal Skills: Building rapport and trust with customers and colleagues is essential.
• Problem-Solving: Quickly identifying and resolving customer issues and complaints.
• Resilience: Maintaining a positive attitude and motivation, especially when handling rejection or stressful situations.
• Computer Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software, Microsoft Office applications, and relevant telephone systems is necessary.
• Organization: Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Sales Experience: Freshers are welcome and telesales or a related sales role is prefered
