Customer support executive
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who will be responsible for handling customer queries through calls / emails / chat and providing accurate information in a polite and professional manner. The candidate should be able to understand customer issues, offer quick resolution, maintain proper communication, and ensure a positive customer experience. This role requires good communication skills, basic computer knowledge and a customer-centric attitude. Candidates should be flexible to work in a fast-paced environment and should be able to coordinate with internal teams whenever required.
Salary Range: ₹15,000 to ₹32,000 per month.
