Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead the sales of our restaurant and hotel billing software (BillHost). The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue through direct and channel sales.

Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell BillHost – our restaurant and hotel billing software – to restaurants, cafes, hotels, and food outlets.

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly targets.

Identify and contact prospective clients through cold calling, networking, and field visits.

Deliver product demonstrations and presentations to decision-makers.

Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and channel partners.

Collaborate with product, marketing, and support teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Maintain accurate sales pipelines and reporting through CRM.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.

Proven experience in software/IT sales, preferably in hospitality, POS, or ERP domain.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with billing, POS systems, or hotel management software is a strong plus.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

Fluency in English and Hindi (regional language is a bonus).

Willingness to travel for client meetings and demos.

Preferred Attributes:
Prior experience working with SaaS or cloud-based billing solutions.

Existing network in hospitality or F&B industry.

Tech-savvy and comfortable demonstrating software tools.
