Role Overview
Lead both sales and marketing: build teams, launch campaigns, generate leads, convert clients, and achieve revenue milestones. This is a hands-on leadership role driving business expansion in MSME, Retail, and HNI segments.
Key Responsibilities
Build & manage Sales + Marketing teams (Field Executives, Telecallers, Digital Marketers)
Execute sales schemes: Weekly Earn Bonanza & Open Referral Program
Plan & implement marketing campaigns (digital, referral, local events)
Align marketing and sales to drive lead generation & conversions
Track KPIs: leads, revenue, ROI; present weekly reports to leadership
Candidate Profile
Experience: 1–2 years in sales/marketing
Skills: Sales | Marketing | Branding | Digital | Campaigns | Leads | Conversions
Industry: Preferably services, consulting, fintech, or compliance
Mindset: Ownership, execution-driven, entrepreneurial
