Arth is looking for a dedicated Sales Officer to join our team and contribute to our growth in the Fintech, NBFC, and MSME sector. The role involves field visits to potential customers, new lead generation, payment collections, and ensuring timely customer service. Ideal candidates should be flexible, willing to travel, and have prior experience in field sales. This is a fantastic opportunity for motivated individuals with a passion for sales and customer interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit 20-25 customers daily to build relationships, generate new leads, and fill out customer application forms.
Follow up on payments, ensuring on-time collections and managing pending payments.
Provide customers with necessary information and services, building trust and satisfaction.
Actively participate in the lead generation process and business development.
Stay informed about market trends and customer needs to enhance sales effectiveness.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and payment statuses.
Be willing to travel to different locations and flexible for relocation if required.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Field Sales, preferably in Fintech, NBFC, or the MSME sector.
Skills:
Strong communication skills in Hindi.
Good negotiation skills and the ability to close sales.
Ability to work independently and handle a customer portfolio.
Willingness to travel frequently and adapt to new environments.
Knowledge of payment collection processes.
Prior experience in lead generation and handling customer queries.
Proactive, target-oriented, and adaptable to challenges.
Annual Salary: ₹2,00,000 – ₹4,00,000 (based on experience)
