Position Overview
We are seeking an Office Executive who can efficiently handle office operations, coordinate with clients, and support internal processes. The role involves managing customer interactions, following up on requests, maintaining updates, and ensuring smooth communication across departments.
Job Description
– Handling customer interactions and inquiries
– Explaining process details to clients
– Following up with customers and internal teams
– Updating records in software systems
– Coordinating emails and communication
– Supporting process and account coordination
– Managing client relationships and building trust
– Adapting to circumstances and problem-solving
– Ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth workflows
Qualifications
– Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
– Freshers or candidates with prior experience in office coordination are welcome
– Good communication skills (verbal and written)
– Knowledge of MS Office and basic computer skills
– Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
