5. Create and send out informative mailers via email.
6. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient insurance operations.
7. Stay updated on industry trends and changes in motor insurance policies.

**Requirements:**

1. Strong knowledge of motor insurance policies, including coverage options and terminology.
2. Proficiency in using insurance software and MS Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.).
3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
4. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
6. Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
7. Strong organizational skills and time management abilities.
