Clovers Safety Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving business growth by generating leads, building client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
Generate leads and initiate contact with potential clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective strategies for business expansion.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients.
Achieve and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in business development or sales role.
Strong understanding of the safety services industry is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Goal-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets.
Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
