In this role, you will work closely with local communities in Gadchillori to raise awareness of alternative products and mobilize people for a better future.

**Responsibilities:**

1. Conduct field visits and engage with local underprivileged communities in Gadchillori.
2. Create awareness about alternative products and initiatives that can improve community members’ lives.
3. Mobilize individuals within the community to participate in programs and initiatives aimed at their betterment.
4. Assist in organizing community events, workshops, and meetings.
5. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to community engagement activities.
6. Provide support to the team with various office-related tasks as required.

**Requirements:**

1. Strong commitment to community development and social change.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Comfortable working in a field-based role.
4. Knowledge of the local community and cultural dynamics in Gadchillori.
5. Ability to maintain records and documentation accurately.
