– Identify and provide appropriate solutions tailored to individual customer needs.
– Maintain a thorough understanding of our products, services, and company policies.
– Document customer interactions and manage customer accounts accurately.
– Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and overall satisfaction.

**Qualifications:**

– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
– Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
– Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize customer needs.
– Experience in a customer support role is a plus.
– Proficiency in using customer support software and Microsoft Office Suite.
– A customer-centric attitude and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
