Job Description

KLAY Preschools is hiring a responsible, caring, and child-friendly Baby Care / Caregiver to look after young children aged 6 months to 6 years. The ideal candidate should be warm, patient, and passionate about early childcare. This role involves ensuring the child’s safety, hygiene, comfort, and engagement throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide loving and attentive care to infants and toddlers (6 months–6 years)

• Change diapers and maintain hygiene routines

• Assist children with handwashing and sanitization

• Clean and sanitize toys, activity areas, and child-use spaces

• Engage children through play, songs, storytelling, and basic language interactions

• Help with supervised feeding and manage clean-up after meals

• Assist in putting children to sleep and maintaining a clean nap area

• Ensure the child’s emotional, physical, and developmental well-being

• Support teachers during daily childcare routines

Requirements

• Female candidates only

• Experience in childcare, daycare, or preschool environment preferred

• Should be patient, gentle, and responsible

• Ability to communicate and interact with children effectively

• Basic hygiene knowledge and understanding of infant/toddler needs

• Physically fit to handle childcare responsibilities
