Job Description
We’re looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals for one of our client based in Noida Sector 16.
*Role:* Customer Care Executive(Inbound Voice Process)
Open Positions: 25 ( No Targets)
Shift Timings: Female Candidates: 7:00 AM 4:00 PM | 12:00 PM 7:00 PM
Male Candidates: Flexible shifts between 7:00 AM 10:00 PM
Compensation (Including PF):
• Freshers: Upto 17500 IN HAND (After deductions)
• Experienced Candidates: 15-20% Hike on your last salary !!
Eligibility:
• Final-year students pursuing graduation or Graduates
• Strong communication skills in English & Hindi
• Customer-centric mindset with excellent interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle customer inquiries and appointment scheduling
• Deliver accurate information about diagnostic services
• Ensure high-quality customer experience
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations
