**Job Brief:**

We are seeking an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to join our placement firm and contribute to the expansion of our clientele. As the face of the company, you will play a crucial role in creating and implementing effective business development strategies.

The primary goal is to drive sustainable financial growth by increasing sales and establishing robust relationships with clients.

**Responsibilities:**

1. Develop a growth strategy focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
2. Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
3. Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
4. Promote the company’s services through visits to various clients.
5. Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
6. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

**Requirements:**

1. Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or in a relevant role.
2. Experience in customer support is a plus.
3. Proficiency in MS Office and Internet.
4. Market knowledge.
5. Communication and negotiation skills.
6. Ability to build rapport.
7. Time management and planning skills.
