Responsibilities:
Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in global e-commerce, incorporating best practices into the organization’s strategy.
Lead cross-functional teams to implement AI-driven solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Drive innovation and continuous improvement in processes and technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the global e-commerce market.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, to support business growth and expansion.
Provide leadership and guidance to the team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Prepare and present regular reports and updates to senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations for improvement.
Utilize AI tools and analytics to optimize operational efficiency and drive strategic decision-making.
Manage and prioritize multiple projects and initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and effective resource allocation.
Act as a mentor and coach to team members, supporting their professional development and growth within the organization.

Qualification :
Master’s degree in business, management, or a related field.
8-10 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
Proven track record of driving strategic initiatives and delivering results.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-changing environment, with a passion for driving change and innovation.

Soft Skills:
Ability to connect macro e-commerce/AI trends to actionable business strategy.
Provides mentorship and creates a culture of learning and collaboration.
Excellent presentation skills for translating complex data into actionable insights.

Confident in making tough calls with limited information

Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of global e-commerce ecosystems (Amazon, Walmart, Shopify, D2C, cross-border trade).
Hands-on experience with AI/ML tools (predictive analytics, demand forecasting, recommendation systems).
Familiarity with project management frameworks (Agile, OKRs, Lean Six Sigma).
Skilled in implementing continuous improvement frameworks.
Ability to align diverse stakeholders around common objectives.
