Job Title: Accounts cum Admin Executive (On-site)
Experience: Upto 1year
● Manage Travel and Bookings: Coordinate and book travel arrangements for employees, including flights,
accommodations, and transportation.
● Logistics Booking: Handle logistics booking, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions.
● Provide support in some accounting functions and maintain a clear understanding of accounting
● Accounting Reports: Prepare and maintain basic ad-hoc accounting reports as & when required.
● Utilize Excel for data management and report generation, including basic financial reports.
● Admin Support: Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, office organization, and inventory
● Prior experience in office administration and travel management is a plus.
● Proficiency in Excel for data handling and report creation.
● Familiarity with basic accounting principles.
● Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
● Decent communication skills.
