**Job Description:**
We are seeking enthusiastic and persuasive Tele Callers to join our team at Medikriti Tours India Private Limited. As a Tele Caller, you will be responsible for contacting potential customers on a daily basis to promote and sell our company’s holiday packages.

**Key Responsibilities:**
– Contacting multiple customers daily via telephone to introduce our holiday packages.
– Understanding customer needs and preferences to effectively pitch relevant holiday packages.
– Providing accurate information to customers regarding package features, pricing, and benefits.
– Persuading customers to purchase our holiday packages through effective communication and negotiation skills.
– Maintaining a positive and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
– Achieving weekly and monthly sales targets set by the company.

**Requirements:**
– Proven experience as a Tele Caller or similar sales/customer service role.
– Excellent communication skills in English (additional proficiency in other languages is a plus).
– Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
– Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
– Basic computer skills to update customer information and process sales orders.
– High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in sales or marketing is a plus.
