Job Description:

Nexify World, under ADN Wheel Serve Private Limited, is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to join our growing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to develop their career in B2B sales across multiple sectors, including automobile, insurance, and corporate industries. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for client acquisition, building relationships, and driving the end-to-end sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Establish and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients across various sectors, including automobile dealers, insurance companies, and corporate clients.

  • Cold Calling: Conduct cold calls and outreach to identify new business opportunities and generate leads.

  • Sales Cycle Management: Handle the entire sales process from prospecting to closing, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of Nexify World.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, customer support, and operations teams to ensure client needs are met and services are delivered seamlessly.

Requirements:

  • Education: MBA or Bachelor’s degree (fresher with a strong desire to grow in sales are also encouraged to apply).

  • Experience: Freshers or 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in related sectors (automobile, insurance, or corporate).

  • Skills:

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Strong sales aptitude and ability to build long-lasting relationships with clients.

    • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.

    • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Other Requirements:

    • Own conveyance (vehicle) and willingness to travel across Delhi NCR.


Salary & Benefits:

  • Annual Salary: ₹3,00,000 – ₹4,00,000 (depending on experience)
