Job Description:

Nexify World, operating under ADN Wheel Serve Private Limited, is on the lookout for a passionate and dynamic Sales Manager to join our rapidly growing team. If you’re eager to kickstart your career in B2B sales across diverse sectors like automobile, insurance, and corporate industries, this is the perfect opportunity for you! In this role, you will be responsible for driving client acquisition, managing end-to-end sales, and fostering strong relationships with our B2B clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Develop and maintain relationships with B2B clients across multiple sectors (automobile dealers, insurance companies, corporate clients).
  • Cold Calling: Proactively reach out to potential clients through cold calls and other outreach strategies to generate leads and business opportunities.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Oversee the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term client retention.
  • Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of Nexify World.
  • Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with marketing, customer support, and operations teams to ensure client requirements are met and services are delivered seamlessly.

Requirements:

  • Education: MBA or Bachelor’s degree (freshers with a strong passion for sales are also encouraged to apply).

  • Experience: Freshers or 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in sectors like automobile, insurance, or corporate.

  • Skills:

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong sales aptitude and ability to build and nurture long-lasting relationships with clients.
    • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
    • Good problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Other Requirements:

    • Own conveyance (vehicle) and willingness to travel across Delhi NCR.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Annual Salary: ₹3,00,000 – ₹4,00,000 (based on experience)
