Job Description

Experience – 2-3 Years in HVAC Industries.

Job Responsibilities:

1.HVAC Material Purchasing & Procurement.
2. Should have the good knowledge about the BOQ in HVAC fields and work accordingly in order to seek Quotations and Raise PO.
3. Research potential vendors
1. Compare and evaluate offers from supplier
2. Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing
3. Track orders and ensure timely delivery
4. Review quality of purchased products
5. Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases
6. Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
7. Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses
8. Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
9. Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage
10. Attend trade shows and exhibitions to stay up-to-date with industry trends
