**Job Description:**
We are seeking a Store Manager to oversee the operations of our laundry and dry cleaning services store. As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for handling walk-in customers, managing pick-up and delivery services, and supervising our delivery staff.

**Responsibilities:**
– Welcome and assist walk-in customers, providing information about our services and arranging pick-up and delivery from their homes
– Monitor and manage a team of 8-10 delivery staff, assigning tasks on a daily basis and ensuring efficient service delivery
– Maintain inventory levels and ensure adequate stock of supplies and materials
– Oversee store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and security
– Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
– Implement policies and procedures to ensure smooth store operations and exceptional customer service
– Collaborate with management to develop strategies for business growth and customer retention

**Requirements:**
– 5-6 years of experience in managing retail stores and handling customers, preferably in the laundry or dry cleaning industry
– Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
– Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
– Exceptional customer service skills and a customer-centric approach
– Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
– Proficiency in basic computer applications and familiarity with inventory management systems
