• Risk Assessment & Hazard Identification
• Enforce and monitor all health & safety regulations in the factory premises.
• Conduct regular safety audits, risk assessments, and emergency drills.
• Lead safety trainings and create awareness among employees.
• Investigate incidents/accidents and implement corrective actions.
• Continuous Improvement & Learning
• Liaise with government bodies and ensure statutory compliance with HSE laws.
