Superfine Embroideries Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Service Engineer to handle installation, servicing, and maintenance of embroidery machines. The ideal candidate should be technically skilled, customer-oriented, and willing to provide on-site support.
Key Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and service embroidery machines at client locations.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.

Provide machine operation training to clients.

Conduct regular service follow-ups and offer technical support.

Coordinate with internal teams for service escalations.

Maintain accurate service logs, reports, and customer records.
Requirements & Skills:
-
Diploma / ITI / B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics (preferred).

1–3 years of experience in machine maintenance/servicing (freshers with strong technical knowledge can apply).

Good problem-solving and troubleshooting ability.
-
Strong communication and customer service skills.
-
Willingness to travel for client servicing.
