Toshani Premium Digital Services Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced and dynamic Area Sales Manager to join our team. As the Manager, you will play a pivotal role in achieving growth and surpassing sales targets by effectively leading and managing our sales team. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing strategic business plans, owning the recruitment and coaching of sales representatives, and overseeing all aspects of commercial, industrial, institutional, e-business, wholesale, and retail sales activities.

**Responsibilities:**

– Design and implement strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
– Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
– Recruit, train, and coach sales representatives to develop their skills and capabilities.
– Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and partners.
– Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
– Monitor and evaluate sales performance against targets and KPIs.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
– Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.

**Requirements:**

– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
– Proven track record in enterprise sales, with a minimum of [X] years of experience in a similar role.
