**Overview:**
We are looking for an Optometrist for our client, Lenskart, to join their dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey. The incumbent will be responsible for providing the best customer experience in our stores by ensuring high standards of eye testing quality.

**Key Responsibilities:**

**Customer Satisfaction:**
– Commit to delivering excellent customer satisfaction.
– Conduct competent and knowledgeable eye tests.
– Provide urgent and friendly service to satisfy customer needs.
– Build strong relationships with customers by explaining the Eye Exam Process.
– Explore underlying reasons for recurring customer problems and go the extra mile to find solutions.

**Eye Test Quality Assurance and Sales:**
– Examine eyes using observation and instruments to determine visual acuity, perception, focus, and coordination.
– Convert prospective customers into actual customers.

**Inventory Management:**
– Work closely with various departments to ensure products reach customers efficiently.
– Approach customers and keep the store neatly stacked to avoid shrinkage.

**Security & Hygiene:**
– Ensure the store and inventory are neat and clean at all times.
– Maintain necessary safety measures to ensure the safety of the store and customers.
– Ensure employees at store level are properly groomed and presentable. Uniforms must be neat, clean, and pressed.

**Competencies & Educational Qualifications:**
– Diploma/Degree/Post Graduate Degree holder in Optometry with 0-3 years of relevant experience in the industry.
– Entrepreneurial thinking mindset: Self-motivated and self-directed with an ability to think innovatively.
– People Management: Ability to lead, manage, and develop large teams in a fast-paced environment.
– Passion for Results: High degree of commitment with a bias for execution excellence.
– Customer Focus: Ability to design processes, systems, and create an environment for enabling customer delight.
– Superior analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities.

**Education:**
– UG: Diploma, B.Sc in Optometry
– PG: MS/M.Sc(Science) in Optometry
