**Key Responsibilities:**

– **Data Governance:**
– Ensure data security, compliance, and data source management in Power BI.

– **User Management:**
– Manage user access, roles, and permissions within Power BI, ensuring appropriate access.

– **Report and Dashboard Management:**
– Oversee the creation, distribution, and maintenance of reports and dashboards.

– **Data Refresh and ETL:**
– Manage data refresh schedules and ETL processes to ensure up-to-date and accurate data.

– **Performance Optimization:**
– Monitor and optimize the performance of Power BI reports and dashboards.

– **Troubleshooting:**
– Identify and resolve issues, such as data connection problems, report errors, or access issues.

– **Security:**
– Implement security best practices to protect sensitive data within Power BI.

– **Collaboration:**
– Facilitate collaboration among business users, report developers, and data analysts to maximize the utility of Power BI.

– **License Management:**
– Keep track of Power BI licenses, ensuring cost-effectiveness, and managing user subscriptions.

– **Training and Support:**
– Provide training and support to users, helping them make the most of Power BI’s capabilities.

– **Upgrades and Updates:**
– Manage software updates and upgrades for Power BI to ensure it remains up to date.

**Qualifications:**

– Proven experience as a Power BI Consultant or similar role.
– In-depth knowledge of Power BI features, functions, and best practices.
– Strong understanding of data governance, security, and compliance in Power BI.
– Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
– Effective communication and collaboration skills.
– Ability to manage and optimize Power BI performance.
– Experience in providing training and support to end-users.
