BSF Head Constable 2023

Communication: Head constables act as a link between higher-ranking officers and constables, relaying information and
instructions effectively. 

Discipline and Morale: They are responsible for maintaining discipline within their team and ensuring high morale among the
constables. 

Security: The head constable may assist in ensuring the security of sensitive installations, preventing illegal activities, and apprehending individuals involved in criminal or unlawful activities.
