Job Overview

As part of Diverse Arqitecture’s team, you should have excellent creative thinking skills and be able to produce ideas based on client’s needs. You should maintain familiarity with the Interior Design landscape and trends in order to provide the best and unique ideas for the client.

Responsibilities
• Presenting design concept to team members and clients for approval
• Monitoring and maintaining a high level of design quality within the project team
• Problem-solving project design issues and applying inventive solutions
• Regular on-site visits to take site measurements and doing site surveys to check and report project status
• Assisting the team on designing CAD layouts. mood boards and pitch presentations
• Manage project schedules, budgets and set up with clients, sub-contractors, vendors and consultants
• Prepare project proposals, negotiate prices and charges and track financial performance of projects
Requirements
• 2-5 years’ experience working in an architectural firm of similar capacity
• Bachelors in Interior Design/ B Des. / Equivalent degree from a well reputed college/university
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop and Sketchup, Prior knowledge and experience with common software such as Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) is expected.
• Strong written and communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Strong portfolio to prove artistic skills
• Visual awareness and an eye for detail
