No. We don't sell or share your contact details with third parties. Employers only see your profile once you apply, and only registered, approved employers can message you.

Your profile is visible to employers you've applied to, not published openly. We don't sell candidate or employer data to outside parties.

Never. ApnaJob.in and reputable employers never ask candidates to pay for a job opportunity — that's a strong sign of fraud. If anyone asks you for money on our behalf, don't pay, and report it to your local law enforcement or labour department.

Yes, always. There's no premium plan and no "unlock to apply" paywall. Every apply button on ApnaJob.in is free, for every candidate, every time.

Yes — there's no listing fee to post your first job on ApnaJob.in. Fill in the details, submit, and it goes live once approved.

There isn't one. Candidates never pay for anything — not to apply, not to see contact details, not for "priority" visibility. The platform runs on free-to-post employer listings.

Your email, a password, full name, gender, phone number, current experience level, and the job categories you're interested in. A profile picture and date of birth are optional but help your profile stand out.

Your email and password, company name and logo, a spokesperson's name and designation, and a phone number. A company website is optional.

Sign in and go to My Profile, where you can update your details, experience, skills, and other information at any time.

Candidates should complete their profile before applying — it gets reviewed and approved faster. Employers must complete their company profile before their first job posting can be approved.

Yes — use the search bar and filters on the Available Jobs page to narrow by job title, location, experience level, and more.

Yes — there's no login wall standing between you and seeing what's open. You'll need an account once you're ready to apply.

Open a listing that interests you and click "Apply." You'll need at least 50% of your profile completed and a CV or resume uploaded to My Resume. Some postings may include extra questions from the employer.

Yes — your dashboard shows whether each application was seen, shortlisted, or closed, so you're not left guessing.

Head to Alerts Jobs and set your preferences — matching openings will be flagged for you as they're posted.

Once an employer shows interest in your application, they can message you privately through your candidate profile. Track every conversation from your Messages tab.

Sign in to your employer account, complete your company profile, then go to Post a Free Job and fill in the title, description, requirements, and location. It goes live once approved by our admin team.
