TKO Project Management (Branch and RO):  Site inspection and providing snaps, important revelation about the branch site, preparation of tentative layout using maximum utilized space possible.  Deployment of branch infra including Modular furniture’s, Electrical, Carpentry, Plumbing etc.as per the approved layout.  Installation of ACs. Signage’s, other brandings, Blinds etc.  Ensuring site completion within the TAT including deployment of other branch equipment’s like CCTV, Stabilizer, UPS, Vaults etc. Customer Relation:  Regular interaction with the client for related jobs and keep liasoning for various aspects.  Periodical meeting with the clients regarding various issues and process clarification.  Timely communication on various queries and escalations from the clients end with resolution.
