• Resolution of all HR Back-end related queries.
• Prepare Attrition report & Analytics.
• Prepare HR review presentation for every month.
• Handling ESIC Online IP registration & UAN Creation
• Handling the Mediclaim Insurance Policy of all employees
• Complete F&F Formalities of All Ex-Employees
• Handle the PF Withdrawal Cases of All Ex-Employees.
• Handling Patty case, Repair & Maintenance as Branch level.
