As a TELE CALLER EXECUTIVE, you will play a crucial role in interacting with customers through various channels, including live chat, emails, social media, and direct calls.

**Responsibilities:**

– Interact with customers through live chat, emails, social media, and direct calls.
– Modify sales pitches in response to customer demand and feedback.
– Acquire and retain contact information databases for effective communication.
– Provide suggestions in accordance with the requirements of the consumer to enhance their experience.
– Ensure a smooth procedure for the consumer by transferring windows of opportunity to the appropriate department for further action.

**Requirements:**
