Location: Karnataka, India

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to join our team and drive business growth across the Karnataka region. The role involves extensive travel within Karnataka, visiting partner stores, ensuring product availability, training store staff, gathering feedback, and maintaining strong relationships with store owners.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and partnerships within the assigned territory.
Store Management: Visit partner stores regularly to ensure adequate stock levels, merchandising, and adherence to brand guidelines.
Training and Education: Conduct product training sessions for store staff to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from store managers and staff regarding product performance, customer preferences, and market trends.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets set for the region, ensuring consistent growth in sales volume and market share.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners and managers to foster loyalty and support business objectives.
Market Intelligence: Provide insights into competitor activities, market trends, and customer needs to inform business strategies.
Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in consumer goods or retail industry.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Willingness to travel extensively within Karnataka.
Knowledge of local market dynamics and consumer behavior.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field.
