Pichai Home Care Private Limited is looking for a dedicated and efficient **Picker** to join our team. The Picker will be responsible for selecting and organizing products from the warehouse in preparation for loading onto delivery trucks or receiving products from incoming deliveries. This is a critical role that ensures products are prepared accurately and on time for shipment, helping to maintain our high standards of service.

**Key Responsibilities:**
– Select and organize products from the warehouse according to order specifications.
– Ensure timely and efficient preparation of multiple orders throughout the day.
– Assist in loading and unloading products onto delivery trucks.
– Check inventory levels and report any discrepancies.
– Follow safety protocols and maintain cleanliness in the warehouse.
– Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
– Ensure accurate and efficient packing and labeling of items for shipment.
– Maintain product organization to streamline warehouse operations.

**Requirements:**
– **Education:** Certificate or equivalent qualification.
– **Experience:** Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment.
– **Skills:**
– Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
– Ability to lift and carry items as needed.
– Good physical stamina and ability to work on feet for long hours.
– Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and safety protocols.
