Key Responsibilities:
-Make outbound follow-up calls to potential and existing clients (data will be provided daily).
-Engage clients in meaningful conversations to understand their property requirements.
-Share relevant property information and schedule site visits for the sales team.
-Maintain accurate call logs and update CRM systems with client interactions.
-Ensure consistent follow-ups until closure or handover to sales.
Requirements:
-Prior experience in a call center or international voice process preferred.
-Strong verbal communication skills in English.
-Ability to handle high call volumes professionally.
-Self-motivated, target-driven, and disciplined in follow-ups.
Training & Support:
-3 days of structured onboarding and product training will be provided.
-Regular guidance from the team lead to ensure consistent performance.
