We are looking for a dynamic HR Executive to handle talent sourcing, recruitment, and HR operations. The role requires strong communication skills, candidate management abilities, and a proactive approach to building an effective workforce.
Key Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing & Lead Generation: Generate leads and source candidates from job portals such as Naukri, Apna, LinkedIn, and other platforms.

Recruitment & Interviews: Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and conduct preliminary rounds to assess candidate suitability.

Candidate Management: Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines with timely follow-ups.

HR Operations: Maintain attendance records, monitor leave data, and manage compensation-related inputs.

Employee Engagement: Assist in onboarding, induction, and employee interaction activities.

Communication & Representation: Represent the company professionally during interviews, events, and candidate interactions.

Compliance & Records: Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to company policies.

Proactive Contribution: Identify process improvements in recruitment and HR functions for enhanced efficiency.
Requirements & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

1–3 years of HR/recruitment experience (freshers with strong skills may also apply).

Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with job portals.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
