Cluster Manager/ B2B- Franchise Acquisition Manager
Job Description
· Would be responsible for Acquisition and Development of New Franchisees Sourced from Stock & Commodity Broking/Competition/Large MF Distributors/Family Offices/PMS etc
· Ramp up Franchisee Distribution – On Field Sales, Conduct market survey, drives identification and empanelment activity of Stock Broking Franchisees across the region
· Responsible for expanding the franchisee network through marketing and sales effort
· Negotiating and completing all necessary franchisee documentation and agreements on time
· Should be well versed with the Franchisee model of operation
· Should be able to guide and scale up franchisee business
• Requirements
Graduate/MBA in Sales and Marketing
2-3 years of experience in Acquisition and Development of Stock and Commodity Franchisee Broking Business
Excellent communication and Networking skills
Ability and experience in selling concepts and Business vision
