Job Opening: Tool & Die Maker

Company: Mukund Overseas

We are hiring an experienced Tool & Die Maker (ITI – Tool & Die Fitter) with expertise in press tool making and tool room operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of milling machines, surface grinders, and press tool assembly.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate milling machines and surface grinders for tool & die manufacturing.
Perform assembly of press tools and ensure accuracy in fitting.
Carry out press tool making, repair, and maintenance.
Mount tools on press machines and ensure proper functionality.
Work with die plates, wire entry hole marking, and precision finishing.
Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
Maintain high-quality standards and minimize downtime.

Requirements & Skills:

ITI qualification in Tool & Die Maker / Fitter (mandatory).
2–3 years of hands-on experience in press tool making.
Strong knowledge of press machine operations and die assembly.
Ability to handle surface grinders, milling machines, and tool fitting independently.
Good problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and teamwork ability.
