We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused Sales Persons and Store Managers to join our ethnic wear retail store. If you are passionate about fashion, sales, and delivering excellent customer service, this role is for you!
Core Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Find and connect with new customers through networking, referrals, walk-ins, and marketing leads.

Customer Needs Analysis: Understand customer preferences and suggest the right ethnic wear solutions.

Product & Service Presentation: Showcase and explain products, ensuring customers see the value and uniqueness.

Negotiation & Closing Sales: Guide customers through purchases, handle objections, and achieve sales targets.

Customer Relationship Management: Build lasting relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.

Store Operations (for Manager role): Oversee daily store operations, inventory, staff management, and customer satisfaction.
Key Skills & Qualifications:

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.

Strong persuasion & negotiation abilities.

Good knowledge of ethnic fashion and fabrics (preferred).

Self-motivated and target-driven personality.

Ability to manage end-to-end sales cycles.

Prior retail experience is an advantage (especially for Store Manager role).
