Job Description
Responsibilities
• Edit raw video footage along with b-rolls, high-quality final outputs for social media, YouTube, webinars, and marketing campaigns.
• Add graphics, text overlays, transitions, sound effects, and background music where needed.
• Repurpose long-form content (e.g., webinars, podcasts) into short-form clips for reels/shorts.
• Maintain brand consistency across all videos..
• Stay up-to-date with editing trends, formats, and platform-specific requirements(Reels, Shorts, LinkedIn videos, etc.).
• Assist in developing and implement a content strategy across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
• Plan, schedule, and publish posts consistently
• Engage with the audience — respond to comments, messages, and build community
• Track, analyze, and report performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions).
• Stay updated with platform trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.
• Manage paid ad campaigns, when need be
Skills & Qualifications
• Proficiency in editing software
• Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and visual design.
• Ability to handle both long-form and short-form content.
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics and color grading is a plus.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work to deadlines.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and content formats.
• Ability to analyze insights and adapt strategies.
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools is a plus.
• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple campaigns.
