We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executives to join our team. The role involves delivering excellent customer service, driving sales through recommendations and upselling, managing inventory, maintaining the store’s appearance, and ensuring smooth transaction processing.

### Key Responsibilities
– Greet and assist customers with product selection and queries.
– Drive sales through upselling, cross-selling, and personalized recommendations.
– Maintain store display and ensure cleanliness and proper merchandise arrangement.
– Manage inventory levels, stock replenishment, and monitor stock movement.
– Process sales transactions, billing, and returns accurately and efficiently.
– Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
– Achieve individual and store sales targets.

### Qualifications
– High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
– Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is an advantage.
