– Support team members during peak hours and assist with inventory as needed.
Assistant Store Manager Responsibilities:
– Supervise daily store operations and ensure smooth workflow.
– Lead and motivate the crew to meet service and quality standards.
– Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly.
– Monitor inventory, manage stock levels, and coordinate with suppliers.
– Ensure compliance with health, safety, and operational guidelines.
