Job Description:
Dayani Citizen is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales and Service Manager to lead operations at our electric two-wheeler showroom. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing service activities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
– Oversee daily sales and service operations of the showroom.
– Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets.
– Manage customer inquiries, test rides, and product demonstrations.
– Coordinate after-sales service, including maintenance and repairs.
– Supervise and train sales and service staff.
– Maintain inventory and ensure timely availability of vehicles and spare parts.
– Handle customer feedback and resolve service-related issues promptly.
– Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Qualifications:
– Proven experience in automotive sales and service management.
– Strong leadership and communication skills.
– Knowledge of electric vehicle technology is a plus.
– Ability to manage teams and deliver excellent customer service.
